Suspected malware on WPAdmin page

When I click on WPAdmin I get the following screen with message: EMSISOFT Attention! Website blocked! url is ikq.uke.mybluehost.me and the reason is suspected malware. It gives me the option to report or continue anyway. What am I to do?
