Suspended and no ability to export

  Site suspended for ‘violating Terms and Conditions’ but I have no idea what the violation is. No warning, no emails. I was editing normally, hit Preview and the site went away.
  Said I could Export content but when I try get problems creating export, check connection and cannot export media items. Any idea what is going on?
