Suspended users

    Hey I’m running a membership site and I’ve been dealing with a bunch of hackers. I recently secured the site but when I went to check on my members, all of them were suspended. When I went to the user profile to unsuspend them it showed that they were active. But non of them have access to the material
    Can someone help me out and show me how to un suspend users

    Yikes, that doesn’t sound good! I took a look at ilovemykyan.wordpress.com, but I don’t see any other users on that site. Were you referring to a different site?

    Bear in mind that here, on these forums, we can only help with issues related to WordPress.com. If the site you’re working on is not hosted here, I’d suggest posting directly to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Folks there have more experience with self-hosted sites, and we’ll be able to advise better.
