It has now been 1month since I submitted my appeal. I have not received a response. Please escalate this urgently as my business depends on this site or explain to me what rule i have break.

Hi! A month with no response on a suspension appeal is way too long, especially if your business depends on the site. Here’s what to do:
- Reply directly to the original suspension email you received — this keeps everything in the same thread and shows you’ve been waiting a month with no response.
- Contact WordPress.com support urgently at wordpress.com/help/contact — mention specifically that:
- Your site has been suspended
- You submitted an appeal 1 month ago
- You have received no response
- Your business depends on this site
- If you have a paid plan this needs to be escalated as a priority issue — make sure to mention that too.
- If you still get no response you can reach Automattic directly at automattic.com/contact to escalate further.
Unfortunately community members like us don’t have access to suspension details or appeal systems — only WordPress.com staff can see why your site was suspended and the status of your appeal.
I hope this gets resolved urgently for you — a month with no response is unacceptable and staff should be able to give you answers immediately.
