Suspension reason – please be more specific

    My website has been suspended with a very generic reason that it violated the ToS. I have read the ToS and cannot quite figure out which of the terms I have violated. Can you please be more specific?

    In the meantime, I would like to download/backup my posts. That gave an error despite me following the instructions on the website. Does that mean you have also violated your ToS?

    I am not interested to continue with WordPress but I just want my posts and pages. I don’t care too much about the media who may be the cause of error when I try to backup.

    Your quick response is appreciated as quickly as you were in suspending my webpage. Thank you.

    Suspended sites are never discussed on this public forum. As clearly stated on your site, you must follow the link to the mentioned support document to contact the TOS-team.
