Suspicious Activity

I have been receiving messages to my site contact email that I believe are phishing. I do not have a post ‘Hell world!’ and it looks suspicious. There are action links at the bottom, but have not responded in any way.
Please take a look and let me know if this is actually from WordPress or if the entire message is fraudulent.

Those messages are send from your(?) site datadistinction.co. You do have a post ‘Hello World’ on your site, http://datadistinction.co/2021/05/29/hello-world/
