Switched Macbook to a new one and now can’t log into wordpress

as title, it won’t even register my email address and says it isn’t the correct email

Hi there,
If you still have access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery form:
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need one of the following things:
* A transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/
* The WordPress.com account activation link, which we sent to your email address when you first registered with us.
For more information please read our Account Recovery guide:

Hi, my email won’t generate a password and I can’t find either my transaction id or my activation link.
Is there any other avenue to get logged back in

Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
You can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
For more help with this, please post in https://wordpress.org/support/forums or contact your hosting provider, Bluehost.com, instead.
