Switched server and need file backup

  Hi there, I just switched my web hosting server because of an issue accessing my WordPress and host site. Because of this issue, I was locked out of my WordPress account and unable to back up my files before I switched. Now I’d like to reactivate and hoping I don’t need to start from scratch! Is there anything I can do?
