Switched Sites, Now I can’t access my old wordpress dashboard,
-
Our company made the decision to switch platforms. Before switching, we didn’t realize that our site would disappear from the WordPress dashboard. Is there any way to get back onto the old dashboard and view the old site information? Thank you!

Hi there,
Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host newcreationschildcare.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at Fat Cow Hosting. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance, as they may have a temporary domain option you can use to access your old site. I recommend contacting Fat Cow Hosting for further assistance since they are in the best position to help. Thanks!
