Is it possible to switch my webpage from WordPress.org to WordPress.com without having to redo the whole site?

That depends on what you mean by “redo the whole site” :)
It’s not possible to transfer an entire stand-alone WordPress site to WordPress.com, as the two versions of WordPress work slightly differently from one another.
You can migrate all your content, i.e. posts, pages, comments, media files, using the built-in exporter and importer features of WordPress. But you’ll need to set up the WordPress.com site with one of our themes.

If you’d prefer to continue using your current theme, or if you have any plugins you wish to continue using, you’ll need our Business Plan. In that case it might be possible to migrate your site to us using a migration plugin instead, but that would depend on how the current site is configured, and something best discussed with our live chat team after you’ve bought that plan.
