Switching from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

I have deleted my wordpress.com site which was connected to my own domain I purchased, and on my own host. I downloaded wordpress 3.8.2 through my host (Bluehost) and wanted to install plugins and themes but was still getting the wordpress.com restrictions. I have now deleted the wordpress.com site. And wanted to install wordpress 3.8.2 onto my domain/host in order to have wordpress.ORG functionality. However, now that I have deleted the site, though I can’t access the admin panel the site is still appearing. Just wanted to know how long I should expect to wait before I can re-install WordPress 3.8.2 and set up the new site.
NB The URL shown is wrong. As I’ve deleted it is not showing. It is actually http://www.thoughtwall.co or http://www.thoughtwallblog.wordpress.com

I am seeing http://www.thoughtwall.co/ point to your self-hosted site.
You might try clearing your browser’s cache. It could be showing you old versions of the pages.
