Switching my domain management to godaddy

  I bought my domain name allanaross.com through godaddy. com years ago. WordPress says it’s expired but if I type it in it still links to my wordpress blog. I want to switch to square space and have to enter a new CNAME but can’t do it through godaddy.com because they say it’s not managed by godaddy.com. I can’t do it through wordpress because wordpress says my domain’s expired! How can I transfer the management of my domain name back to godaddy.com?

  Hi there,

  I checked your account, and I see that your domain mapping upgrade for allanaross.com expired in November 2012. I just removed that expired upgrade from your account — sorry for the confusion!

  Since your domain is registered with GoDaddy, you’ll need to ask them for more details about changing your domain’s name servers so that you can control the CNAME and other records from there. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
