switching over to wordpress.org

Hello, I spoke with someone earlier and had them refund my personal plan on wordpress.com because I wanted to switch over to wordpress.org.
I got an account with bluehost to host my wordpress.org site and linked it to the domain I already own, which I was previously using with my wordpress.com site. When the person cancelled my wordpress.com plan, the domain I had mapped went away. However, bluehost is not letting me use this domain. This message pops up and I don’t understand why since I no longer am using that domain with wordpress.com. this is the message : Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.

You’ll need to log into your Bluehost account and point the nameservers of your domain back over to your site host.
Here are instructions on how to change their nameservers:
