Switching plans

Hi. So my website was previously on business plan but due to some complication with the credit card it was automatically switched to the free plan. Now that I’ve fixed the credit card problem, I can’t seem to get the website on business plan anymore. What should I do?

Hi there,
The account you’re using to post here has never owned a Business Plan on WordPress.com. But I see the site belongs to a different account, fawaazfikri, and that account did have a Business Plan.
I also see we sent a payment link for renewal of the plan to that account’s email address about 28 days ago. I’ve resent that link to them, as the Business Plan needs to be added back to the same account that also owns the domain on the site.
Please let me know here once they’ve made the payment, or if they’re not receiving the payment link ask them to post here so we can help with that.

I have not received the email and also when the problem came about with renewal, due to us changing our card we renewed the payment and later found out we couldn’t upgrade back to business.
We’ve emailed you but and messaged support but for some reason we didn’t get a reply.

You emailed us on 25 June and we replied to you on 28 June with a link to pay for the renewal of your Business Plan. You never replied to that email.
I also resent that link to your account’s email address two weeks ago when I posted my last reply above. We have not received any payment yet.
If you did not receive any of those emails from us, please check your Spam folder, and also check the Social and Updates tabs in Gmail, as our emails may have been routed there instead.

Thanks for letting me know. I’ve restored your Business Plan.
I did a quick check and it looks like everything is working again. You will need to reactivate the plugins and theme you want to be active, and you might need to reconfigure some things.
