Syncing and wp shopify

I managed to get some of my products synced to my wordpress store using WP Shopify but it then would not sync or update anymore products. I tried many things I found on forums, clearing the cache, trying to resync etc but a loading page would come up that would never go anywhere. So I’ve started again, made a new private app in shopify and have deleted and reinstalled wpshopify. I’m having the same loading page come up that doesn’t go anywhere and now it wont even connect to the store.
I have noticed there is no webhook url listed under settings in the plugin which there is in the tutorial video given by shopify. I’m really unsure where to go from here as everything I try just doesn’t work and I get a loading page that never loads (I have waited it out and half an hour later its still there, I have about 20 products). Any information you could give me would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.Laura
