    Some one tell me please .
    1 – The tag quantity limit for each post?
    2 – The tag quantity limit for each web?
    3 – Why some of the tags are bigger than others.
    4 – Why some of the tags show in tag cloud and some do not?

    There is no limit on the number of tags you can use. If you use more than 12 tags and/or categories (more than a total of 12) you will not be on the global tag pages.

    Size of tags in a tag cloud is relative to the number of occurrences of the tag.

    There is a limit on the number of tags that appear in the tag cloud, but some disagreement over how many that is.
