Tagline not displaying properly

  The tagline for my site is not displaying properly after I changed it in Appearance > Theme > customize theme. The tagline still displays as “Smile! Your at the best wordpress.com sie ever!”

  It seems to be set correctly. Would you please try clearing your browser’s cache?

  Yes I reset the cookies and cache and force refreshed. The tagline is now displaying properly in web browser and mobile app, BUT when I post a link to my site (via facebook etc) the preview still shows the “smile!…” tagline.

  For example if I post “www.gothhorserecords.com” on facebook, It shows a link that says “Goth Horse Records: Smile! your at the best….”

  there is also no thumbnail preview image when I post the link to social networking sites.

  Facebook has their own cache, which we have no control over. It seems to clear every 24 hours or so, but only the folks at Facebook know for sure.

  I have had some luck in the past with asking another friend to share the post. For some odd reason, that seems to clear their cache sometimes.
