IF I AM NOT ALLOWED TO REMOVE MY BLOG, I AM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. MY BLOG WAS TAKEN OVER BY OTHERS OVER A YEAR AGO AND OBSCENE BLOGS HAVE BEEN POSTED UNDER MY NAME. I TOOK IT PRIVATE AND THEY ARE STILL DOING IT.

See above. I have asked to have the blog removed and have received no help. I was directed to take it private because I could not delete it. WHY? I don’t know. No reason given.
I am humiliated by the posts being generated on this blog.
I was proud of this blog when I first started it.
Then my husband became terminally ill and I could not keep track of it. First HuffPo took control of it. that’s ok. Then advertisements for viagra and other disgusting ads were posted. I am mortified.
My husband died and I returned to find that my blog was disgusting. I tried to delete it and was told that it was impossible because it had been updated.
Really?
I didn’t do it.
So I took it private.
The next day there were more ads.
The next step is my attorney. -

First, it looks like all of these spam posts are coming through the Post by Email service we offer. You can disable this by following the steps here and clicking on “Disable” instead of enable:
Since this is the case, your email may have been comprised. You should log into your email client and change your password as soon as possible.
I don’t see a support history of your request to delete your site. Its possible that your request came in through an email address that was not associated with your account, this would have meant that we could not verify ownership and would not be able to delete your site for you.
However, when you’re logged in to your account, you can always delete your site following these directions:
Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason and no one will be able to use that WordPress.com domain again.

Hi there!
I got your feedback on this ticket saying that you’re still having trouble with this. I took a look at your site’s post log and these posts are still coming through the Post by Email function.
In order to stop these people from posting this spam to your site, you need to disable the Post by Email function.
I see that Josh have given you steps to delete your site. This is also an effective way to stop the erroneous posts.
