taking a current website and editing it with wordpress

  have a current website that i would like to edit with wordpress. How can i take all the content on that website and bring it to the wordpress editor?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can I just point the main page to WordPress, and have the pages still on the web service I am using now? Does that make sense?

  So keep most of the site where it is now, but have a main page that is here, is that right? Or do you want to have blog.yoursitename.com here, and there rest with the other site?
