Taking already developed content and made active again using wordpress

  My website is gone but captured on archive.org. How can I get help moving it on to WordPress and making it active again.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If it’s only available on the Archive, the only option available is to build the new site from scratch and copy/paste the content.
