I would like to upgrade on “selmanvid.com”, but my fear is, that my free adress and the content on “selmanvid.wordpress.com” will get lost.This is may be a general problem.

Nope. None of your content of design will get lost. And all traffic to the old selmanvid.wordpress.com URLs will get directed to the correct new URLs automatically.
