Tax issue on Woocommerce

  Hello,

  I have a WooCommerce store, along with all the appropriate plugins such as- Jetpack, Woocommerce, and Woocommerce Shipping and Tax in order to have an easy transition. When I try to purchase something on my website, the tax for that zip code does not pop up. I have tried everything other than manually inserting zip by zip or state by state, and nothing is seeming to work. Is there an issue with my plugins? or perhaps another plugin I could use in order to fix this issue? The ‘tax options’ button is not helping, and the ‘standard tax’ button is empty, as I would need to fill it all out on my own (which I would rather avoid).

  I have looked online on countless YouTube videos and forums, and nothing has seemed to help.

  Please let me know what the issue is!

  To clarify, there are two major versions of the WordPress platform. Here on WordPress.com we run a managed a fully hosted solution that is consumer friendly. All you need to do is create an account and start building your site

  In addition there is the free open-source version of the WordPress software. It is a web app you can download from wordpress.org and allows you set up a self-hosted WordPress site, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.

  It’s not possible to use WooCommerce on WordPress.com without a paid upgrade (our business plan) so it sounds like you are using the self-hosted version of the platform. Since that version works a bit differently that what we offer on WordPress.com, they offer their own support forums that you can find here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
