  Hi – I cannot login to my site. It simply says the site is experiencing technical difficulties. I have yet to launch my site and now cannot even get in to add any content or launch.

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
