technical difficulties

    I have updated my wordpress to the latest version 5.2.1 and when I try to enter my website it shows this error ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ The problem is that i haven’t received ANY email from wordpress. How could I resolve this problem?
