Technical issue with update of website

  Name : Bianca
  Email : (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  the updated edit of my website doesn’t want to appear when I press update and view and preview my website, it simply shows me the old update, however, when I go back to customization it shows me the current edit.
  I cleared the cache, restarted the laptop, used a different browser.
  when initiating the update, it simply goes to the old site design, but when I got back to
  the edit, it takes me to the current design I am working on.
