  Dear sir/madam,
  I am writing to you in relation to my website. The issue I am encountering regards the plugin and basic options and I should be able to find on WordPress easily, such as appearances and also making editing where I think it is necessary.

  I am unable to have access to all the tools needed for my website, and I am unable to make changes such as adding videos, or fixing the position of my content both image, video and texts.

  I would like to know how I will be able to have a clear interface of the website that actually works.

  To get help with your site you need to contact GoDaddy which is your hosting provider.

  If you need help with the WordPress software that your site is using, then you need to post in the WordPress.org support forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
