technical problem

    Dear Support team,
    I cant upload my picture as gravatar or profile site background. The document is Jpeg/jpg. Trying many time but failed, made me frustrating. How I can upload some pictures for my site if I cant upload not even for my own profile? Could you advice for above matter? Your response is really appreciate. Thank you in advance.
