Technical Support Questions
-
I have listed below a technical issue with the http://www.scahce.org website… the website does not have a secure indicator in the web address field. Is this not a feature of WordPress to provide secure websites or websites with a security certificate?
Below are other issues… how are requests made to fix/address these types of issues?
Warning: fopen(/www/scahce.org/www/htdocs/wp-content/wflogs/rules.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/scahce.org/www/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/vendor/wordfence/wf-waf/src/lib/waf.php on line 325

Warning: flock() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /www/scahce.org/www/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/vendor/wordfence/wf-waf/src/lib/waf.php on line 329
Warning: fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /www/scahce.org/www/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/vendor/wordfence/wf-waf/src/lib/waf.php on line 330
I am considering building a website using WordPress and would like to know how the technical issues above are addressed. Also, I may possibly be the web content manager for the SCAHCE association/organization and would like to know the process for gaining access to the account.

Hi,
It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Depending on the level of support that is included with your hosting plan, your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:
