Technical Support – Traffic Tracking Problem
-
Last weekend I switch hosting from Bluehost to Siteground. Everything seemed to go smoothly until I added my SSL certificate. As soon as I did, my website stopped allowing me to track traffic. I’ve looked for help in a lot of places this week and everyone I’ve spoken to says there’s no relation between traffic data and SSL certs, so it may be a coincidence, but that’s when I noticed the problems.
Jetpack won’t work, Google Analytics isn’t showing I have traffic (yes, it’s installed correctly… I’ve double checked countless times and had SG support confirm the code was added to my website properly), and the widget I use to show my most popular pins isn’t working either.
I know I’m receiving traffic as I’m getting comments, but I have been unable to track my traffic for the last week. Help!

Hi there,
SSL is configured at your hosting provider, so they’ll likely be the best place to ask for help with this.
Else, you can also try asking for advice in the self-hosted WordPress forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
But here you’ve posted in the forums for free sites hosted on WordPress.com. We have no control over your site, and are not able to help you here.
The only additional info I can give you here is to confirm that the problem is also not with Jetpack, as the Jetpack debugger shows the connection to your site is fine, and there aren’t any errors showing on our end:
