Template creation

I want to make a template for a page. By a template I mean a page with a set of standard pieces of information to be filled in by admin. That template will then become a page.
This relates to a type of car for which I want to make a register of all known examples, so I want the template to contain text of
    car type
    current owner
    current engine
    further info

I would want to have that template available for me to fill in the details each time in a standard way.

    Does that make sense ?
if you take a look at the page called TEA159 you will see the text of the lines I will fill in, adding some jpeg
    files along the way.

Glad of any pointers in the right direction – there will be a couple of hundred of these to fill in, so a template will help. I realise that isn’t a template in the WordPress sense.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

To do this, you don’t need a template but rather a plugin, e.g. Advanced Custom Fields, https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/

However if you want to use a third party plugin on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
