Template purchase

My girlfriend has purchased a template for $99 and we couldnt upload it to the godaddy host service there was something wrong with the template the last 4 digits of the credit card used is 0381 there are zip files that are locked with password that we don’t know please help us to either redownload the files and with any instructions if needed to activate the template or just get a refund.
We completed all of the required steps on godaddy wordpress hosting account but this template wouldn’t upload and extract properly please help us or issue a refund.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, as your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with. I’m not seeing any WordPress.com purchases for the account you are posting from.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
