  Hi there,

  It appears that site is created using a non-WordPress platform called “Luxury Presence” and we don’t have anything similar to that in our directory of pre-installed themes.

  This one is close in feel, but not exactly the same: https://wordpress.com/theme/rivington

  Additionally you can upgrade to our WordPress.com Pro Plan which would allow you to upload 3rd party themes and plugins. This would broaden your selection to any theme ‘designed for WordPress” of which there are tens of thousands that can be found via Google searches like this one.
