Template suggestion?

  We’re migrating from a different blogging platform to WordPress and will host it at blogs.sandburg.edu. In the meantime I need to provide a template to our IT department so they can carry that out. Our typical landing pages on our site appear like this: http://sandburg.edu/academics/programs-degrees. Would you have any recommendations on a template that’d be close to this we can use/purchase? Appreciate any feedback or suggestions you have.
