  None of the themes are loading. It keeps saying ‘unable to activate theme’

  We can’t help directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news though is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  The folks over in the open-source forums are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. You can also try contacting Bluehost Support directly as they may offer in-house help for the WordPress sites they host on their end.
