Temporarily disable new posts by email

  I would like to add some old posts from another blog, but I don’t want them to be sent to my subscribers. Can I temporarily disable the feature that sends “new” posts to subscribers?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Bill,

  One way you can do this is by setting your site to Private temporarily by going to Settings > Reading in your Dashboard. Set it to private, add all the old posts, and then revert it back to Public. Then your followers should not receive post notification emails of these old posts.
