    how to temporarily delete a blog

    I would like to take down the blog for a short period and later bring it up again. Is there a way to temporarily suspend or delete the blog without having to export and permanently delete the blog?

    I found some plug-ins but have no clue on how to install them or activate them on this wordpress platform.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there – you could make your site private temporarily, by going under Settings > Reading, and selecting “I would like my blog to be visible only to users I choose.” That will hide the site from visitors and search engines until you’re ready for it to be public again.
