Temporary Website URL

    How do I get my temporary URL switched to my domain I purchased elsewhere? Right now when I type in my site URL it seems to be forwarding to my temporary URL that WordPress gives you (boxXXX.temp.domains/etc….).

    Since your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com) we cannot help you. You need to contact both your hosting provider and your domain registrar and ask for help on how to set up your domain.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site like yours you can ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
