Testimonial feature

  I am tinkering with the testimonial feature. Is it possible to make the testimonials a slider, carousel, or rotator instead of static?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It might be using a plugin, or if the theme you’re using has that functionality built in. But testimonials are just a custom post type so out of the box they behave the same as regular posts on a WordPress site, with the exception being they do not appear in the site’s RSS feed and have their own archive page.

  Also note that your site, jakelizarraga.com, is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org. The testimonials feature is added to your site by the Jetpack plugin, and you can find that plugin’s documentation for that feature here:

  So the Jetpack testimonial plugin can’t be made into a rotator? I’d need to find another testimonial plugin with that feature?

  You either need to find another Testimonial plugin, or you need to switch to a theme that supports a carousel/slider for the testimonial content type.

  I’m rather reluctant to switch from my Mesmerize theme so I’ll just use another plugin for the testimonial rotator. Thanks.
