  My testimonials page was set up and functioning perfectly yesterday, now it’s displaying a page not found error. I haven’t changed anything. Do you know what is causing this problem?

  Hi there,

  After looking into your site’s audit history, I’m seeing quite a few page deletions within the last 2 days up until 16 minutes ago. I’m seeing a Testimonial page in your Trash when going to Pages > All Pages > Trash in your Dashboard.

  Please go there and see if restoring that page helps. Then go to your Appearance > Menus page and make sure the correct Testimonial page is added to your Menu.

  Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

  When I went to bed last night, the testimonials page was working. I woke up this morning and added a new testimonial, then went to check how they were all looking live, but the page was unavailable :(
  I deleted the page, made a new one, changed the address to include www. or .wordpress, cleared my cache, nothing helped, so I gave up and asked for help.

  Then after a few hours, I thought to check it on mozilla rather than chrome and viola! It was back. But it also shows up in chrome again too!!?

  Not sure how or why, but I thought I’d update my process here in case it helps someone else.

  It may have been the cache just clearing up. Glad it’s back though! Let me know if you run into this again.
