text block wrap around image is not working

    This is my workflow: I place an Image Block, set the Resolution to Medium, and Right-justify the image. Then I place a Paragraph Block. The text starts at the left edge of the page, even with the image, and wraps around the image, continuing past the image to become full-page-width. This is what I want, this is what the editor shows, this is how “Medium” resolution images used to work. But today, I see that the images are no longer being shrunk, and the text is not wrapping around the image, it starts below the image.
