Text box underneath a picture
-
I am trying to add a bio to the picture to add a caption. It adds the textbox, but it’s on the next line or it floats above when I try to move it in place.
How do I fix this please?
Thanks,
Liz Edwards

Hi Liz, could you send a link to the affected page? And, if it’s not supposed to float or be on the next line, can you clarify where you hope it will be?
Also, are you just using the image block, or something else? Usually with an image block you’ll just have a caption option, and that will show up just below the image. For galleries, the placement depends on your settings.

Under my picture Liz Edwards, the text bumps to the next line and isn’t aligned with my picture.

Ok, that is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, hosted with GoDaddy, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Ok, I have contacted GoDaddy for support as well. Thank you for all your help and advice thus far. :)
