  1. I want to be able to create a login page on my website, where customers can enter their login info, enter their personal page.
  2. On their personal page I want to create text boxes, with questions above those, and in which they can fill in their answers.
  3. They would be able to save this information, so that it, when they log out and login the next time, is intact.
  4. I also want to be able to design this page, which has the same look and framework for all customers.
