Text Widget and Compressing HTML problem?
-
I recently purchased a domain so I can begin to use Adsense on my page. I have received a code, however, when I go to plug it into the TEXT Widget it automatically compresses the code–basically wiping out the majority of it. At first I thought this was a normal way of just shortening an HTML, BUT it doesn’t work like that. When I save the HTML in the widget it shows up like broken HTML on my page.
Is there anything that I need to do in order to have it finally show up on my page? Have I done something wrong?
Help as soon as possible would be MUCH appreciated.

We do have an advertising program called WordAds, which you can read more about here:
Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed. For full details, please see:
http://wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/
If you require other advertising, you might be interested in a self-hosted WordPress.org site. There are no restrictions on advertising if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. Please see this link to learn about the differences:
We have hosting recommendations at the following link if you are interested:
