Text-Widget does not accept standard
-
I use the text widget for my Footer for Adress Information (http://mike.schwede.ch/). I cannot format the phone number+4178.[…].88.[…]. WordPress cleans always the tel.
This mussed be fixed.
PS. In general it is pretty annoying that you prevent using special HTML or embedding Standard Javascripts from well known companies (like the twitter embed button). I’m thinking about leaving WordPress because it is unsatisfying if I pay for something which does not support simple things. (Launch a trusted user program. Trusted users should be able to use Javascripts on WordPress!)

You should be able to format the number as you like under Appearance -> Widgets in your dashboard. Your number is in the first text widget in the Footer module.
Perhaps this re-formatting is caused by an autocomplete feature on your computer?
We only allow certain HTML tags for security and performance reasons.
