  Hi,

  I am trying to change the email address for the blot (emmycash.wordpress.com) to (email visible only to moderators and staff). When I click, it gives me this error message.

  Also, trying to find an answer to this question was very difficult. I read a few forums, articles, and had to login 3 times when I clicked the support button. I work with web developers and this is a very frustrating experience.

  Hi emmycash,

  Sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. Can you confirm the exact point you are seeing the error message? For example, after going to your Account Settings page, entering a new email address and clicking “Save Account Settings”.

  I can then do some testing and see whether it is possible to add the email address from our side.

  Just let me know and we can go from there.
