The appearance of my blog has changed, how do I fix it?

I use the bueno theme. The appearance of my blog has changed overnight (all by itself!) and no idea how to fix it. It looks really wrong at present: thick black line showing in middle of the page behind all posts, page headings shifted over to the right when they should be on the left, posts categories tags dropped out of post box and more.
How can I fix it? I’ve tried refreshing browser etc.
