The Cancel link doesn't display on my MY UPGRADES screen.

I want to cancel my domain, I’m following the step-by-step instructions on several help pages but the Cancel link doesn’t show up on my My Upgrades screen. There’s only a “CANCEL INFORMATION” button that links me again to the first step: it’s a loop.

Do you mean this domain http://albabenitez.com/ ?
http://albabenitez.com is set as the primary domain for http://albabenitezpersonal.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade to access the blog’s dashboard and cancel. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
To disable autorenew, provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.

It’s for domain http://www.fish-t.com. The custom domain will expire next sunday so I’m waiting till then to try to delete it again. I followed the steps “Timethief” has given to me but I can’t access the administrator dashboard.

https://fishtdotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
The user account you are posting from is listed as the domain owner, so you should not have any trouble.
