The cancellation of the Refugee Resettlement Blog by Ann Corcoran

    I am concerned that Ms Corcoran’s blog was cancelled because Word Press ‘disapproves’ of the content. I have been following her blog for years and have never read anything offensive. She is informing people about what is happening with the Refugee Resettlement program. Most people are ignorant of this program and how much it is costing taxpayers, the crime that is being committed by these people, etc. I think it is important to be informed about what our government is doing….do you not agree? If you disagree with her politically, why don’t you tell her? Do you guys just squash any speech you don’t like? If so, please let me know so I can inform all the people who read my writing that your practice as a service is to suppress speech you don’t like. This woman has never broken any of the rules stated in your terms of service, she is always polite, never curses or promotes anything illegal….the only thing I can see is that you disagree with her politically. I would appreciate a reply. (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    We do not discuss details about suspended sites in the public forums. Enforcing our terms of service and user guidelines are at the sole discretion of our terms of service team, and they only communicate with the owner of a suspended site.

    The owner of a suspended site can contact them via the link appearing in their site dashboard, or via the form at https://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/ if they believe the suspension was in error.
