The comment box on my site is having errors in all comments

  To all comments especially new comments, the error display is: Duplicate comment detected; it looks as though you’ve already said that!… And it will say go back but when you go back the comment box form appears broken.. Please help me fix it.. Thanks

  The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
