The company I work for has a site I am trying to update but I can’t due to the pages not loading

How can I fix my problem of none of my pages loading when I click ‘Edit’? They open in the new window but nothing loads. They are working fine for regular users as well.

I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

My boss is away so I don’t have access to our account so I just created my own to ask questions in the forum.
I just need to update a logo on one of our pages but every time I click ‘edit’ I get the white screen of death.
I’ve recached my browser, made sure Javascript was enabled, tried to access it on a different computer and all have not been helpful in fixing the problem. As far as I know our site is not using plugins at all. I get zero error messages so I don’t really know where to start. I’m also new to wordpress so I am hesitant to do anything too involved in fear of messing with the site. -
